Council OKs $43,200 purchase for Parcel 7 in Erie–Monroe roundabout project

Staff said "$43,200 was the agreed upon price for that that includes the permit right away and temporary construction easement." Council considered ordinance 94-2026, which authorizes acceptance of a temporary construction easement and a purchase agreement for 0.056 acres from John M. Dunnegan and Teresa M. Dunnegan, and approved the ordinance as an emergency measure.
Council indicated the acquisition was a known expense in the capital improvement budget for the roundabout and resurfacing project and voted to proceed.
