The chair praised the veterans affairs department for administering these benefits. "Again, our veterans affairs department does a wonderful job keeping up with these, benefits for county veterans," the chair said. The motion to approve the requests carried by voice vote.
County staff will process the benefit approvals according to standard veterans-affairs procedures.
