City plans Round Two smoke-and-dye sewer testing and catch-basin repairs

The committee emphasized the importance of continuing the testing work after Round One.
Mayor Koomar added that 22 catch basins need rebuilding and that Phase 1 requests for that work will be submitted to Council soon. He noted internal review is ongoing to find the best practices for future basin connections that reduce maintenance and long-run issues.
