City staff gives February operations report; council asks for pothole-reporting metric

A councilmember asked whether staff could include a comparison of reported potholes to repaired potholes in future reports so citizens can see the city's response rate; staff agreed to investigate available reporting or work-order data and to coordinate with transportation staff to provide a recommended tracking approach at a future meeting.
