City attorney Daniel (speaker 7) introduced the item, describing it as a contract that "addresses who has liability and who does not, and is a type of contract that based on the way our charter is written has to come through the city council before it can be signed." He said approving the form means staff will not have to return to council each time a facility is made available for training.
A motion to adopt the contract form carried unanimously, and staff will use the approved template for future training site agreements.
