The Alliance Civil Service Commission voted May 12 to proceed with certification of a proposed amendment to the Civil Service Rules once the seven‑day notice requirement has been met.
Commissioner Matt Mohr moved to certify the amendment for addition to the rules upon satisfaction of the seven‑day requirement; Chair Renee Young seconded, and the motion passed. The meeting minutes record that no one attended the amendment hearing and that no objections were received during the notice period.
Secretary Candice Martin was assigned to bring a copy of the amendment for signature so the commission can adopt it at the next meeting.
