Martinez explained staff adjusted the Loomis and Rosslyn corridor from commercial to mixed use to align with existing mixed-use development across the street and noted that the South 76th Street and West Ryan Road town center remains designated as commercial and mixed use but may need a more detailed plan. He also flagged development limits near the landfill, citing conservation easements and watershed boundaries that make some parcels better suited for recreation or agriculture than for industrial or residential expansion.
