Trustee Sarah Halvorson moved, and Trustee Breah Klemp seconded, approval of the Treasurer’s Reports and payment of bills; the motion carried 4-0. According to the minutes, the board also approved General Village bank reconciliations (motion by President Alicia Hynes, second by Halvorson) and sewer bank reconciliations (motion by Joe Leto, second by Hynes). The meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m. after a final motion by Hynes and second by Klemp that carried 4-0.
