Council voted to enter executive session at 8:12 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the purchase and/or sale of real estate. The motion to enter executive session was made by Scott Radcliffe and seconded by Tony Moore; the roll-call vote was 7 in favor and 0 opposed (Berges, Demaline, Etienne, Moore, Patton, Radcliffe, Fischer voting "yes"). The Council reconvened at 8:25 p.m. after a motion by Mary Berges, seconded by Jennifer Demaline, which also passed 7–0. The Work Session was adjourned at 8:26 p.m.
