The commission agreed to update its year‑old PowerPoint presentation to reflect recent work and awards. Mary Johnson said she met with the city IT specialist and proposed additions including a column about Student Members, the Land Disturbance Ordinance, the Gold Leaf Award, Tree Campus USA progress, and updates on the Traxler Family Arboretum and 2025 activities such as grant-funded bike racks and e-bike charging stations.
Johnson invited contributions from other members, saying "if anyone has thoughts about something that should be added, they should feel free to contribute." Chair Richard Varga confirmed IT support from Mr. Jenkins and noted Assistant Clerk Anne Kish offered assistance; he also mentioned plans to contact John R. Gasior for voice-over work once more information is available. The commission views the refresh as an opportunity to showcase accomplishments to City Council.
