Presenters credited Albright with building mentorship programs and implementing evidence‑based practices in adult, juvenile and institutional divisions. A board member said Albright “mentored other officers to help them become successful” and noted her role in adapting operations after AB 109 changed caseloads. Albright accepted the recognition and addressed the board, thanking colleagues, family and the probation “family” that supported her over three decades. “I work for the best department not just because we change lives, but because we support each other,” she said.
The board invited family and probation staff for a group photo and applauded Albright’s decades of service. No formal action beyond the presentation was required.
