The council approved the June 23 minutes by roll call and adopted two resolutions recognizing local track athletes: Resolution No. 2026-59 (James McInnis) and Resolution No. 2026-60 (several Steubenville High School athletes). All recognition resolutions were adopted unanimously.
Council also adopted Ordinance No. 2026-58 adopting the city's Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and declared it an emergency; the ordinance takes effect upon the mayor's signature. Council heard second reading on Ordinance No. 2026-56, which would advertise for bids to replace the Steubenville Municipal Court's case management system; that item remains at second reading for further action.
