The superintendent said sales tax typically posts twice monthly and estimated a 12‑month average of roughly $150,000–$190,000 per month in sales‑tax receipts.
Board members and school officials agreed to negotiate a memorandum of understanding to specify reporting and transfer cadence; the superintendent said she would reach out to the treasurer and expected a first draft of an MOU in November.
