Johns Creek council backs two‑year renewal of limited outdoor storage pilot, to be placed on consent agenda

Director Song told the council the pilot program allowing limited outdoor storage on commercially zoned properties began November 1, 2024, and that staff received four initial applications (two of which were corrected and refiled). Song presented three options: let the pilot sunset with a removal period, renew for a specified time, or adopt the allowance permanently.
