Iowa Food System Coalition invited to showcase local food in the Rotunda

"Today, we'd like to welcome members of the Iowa food system coalition to the capital," the Member said, noting the coalition brings together farmers, food banks and other organizations and inviting attendees to visit the Rotunda from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. for local food samples.
The introduction framed the coalition as focused on enabling more food to be grown and produced within Iowa. No formal legislative action was taken during the floor remarks.
