He summarized: "If you look at the actual budget amendment, it shows a net decrease of nearly 3 or over $3,000,000." The board adopted the resolution to amend the FY2024–25 budget; the motion passed 4‑0.
The amendment also reflects CIP borrowing actions (including the $1.2 million loan note approved earlier) and use of prior CIP cash reserves for projects. Staff will incorporate the line‑by‑line changes into the county's official budget documents.
