The Spreckels Community Services District board met Feb. 18, 2026, and took three rolling actions: it approved the minutes of the Jan. 28 regular meeting, authorized $6,772.17 in accounts payable to the Spreckels Memorial District, and directed the district's LAFCO Special District vote to candidate Bill Lipe. President Mike McTighe called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.; the meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
Director Otto Kramm made each motion that carried during the meeting, with Vice-President Amanda Lane providing the second. Recorded votes on the motions were Ayes: McTighe, Lane and Kramm; Noes: None. The board listed several unfinished items for future agendas, including a board vacancy and infrastructure repairs, but took no action on those items at this meeting.
