Avoca council ends town-sanctioned bike events after resident complaints

Sullivan recorded unanimous 'yes' roll-call votes and the motion carried. Acting Mayor Barnes read an email from Matt Crafton about the complaints and said she will contact Crafton to inform him of the council's decision. The action directs town staff to cease endorsing or sanctioning organized bike events pending any future policy change.
