At its Oct. 3 meeting, the Rumford Board of Select Persons completed several routine items. The board approved minutes from Sept. 5 and Sept. 19 (DiConzo moved; recorded vote 4-0-1 on the minutes), approved Warrant #14 (Pepin moved; 5-0 vote), and agreed to remove a previously handled radio-station item from the agenda (Brennick moved to strike; 5-0). The minutes state that the radio-station matter had been addressed at an earlier meeting and did not require further action.
The board also tabled a request from Riley's Quench Lemonade to park on Hosmer Lane to the Oct. 17 agenda; Brennick moved to table the item and DiConzo seconded (vote 5-0). The minutes do not include details from the vendor application. These actions were recorded as routine consent or procedural items; the minutes show unanimous support where recorded but do not include additional background or attachments.
