Gary Smith addressed the board, saying he intended to meet each commissioner to review district needs and that he will coordinate with staff to address immediate concerns. "I'm looking forward to working with you and working with the public," Smith said. The motion to approve the employment agreement carried on a roll-call vote with Commissioner McCall absent.
