John also said the local station WRGY may provide a simulcast presence: "WRGY is going to have some type of, presence, whether it be simulcast from the site ... but it's a little sketchy as of right now." He asked staff to coordinate technology and public‑address alternatives, and commissioners agreed to share staging details and vendor placements ahead of the event.
