The Road and Bridge committee reported that many outstanding material inspection reports are the reason for the State's freeze; Engineer Mark Mathon and consultant Craig Fink (WHKS) are working to close them out. Mathon said he has contacted the State to request release of MFT funds now that additional staff are available to complete documentation but had received no response at the time of the meeting. The board also split on a road use agreement for Santa Anna Township Solar, LLC (the motion to approve was tabled) while approving a separate road use agreement with Madison Street Solar, LLC.
