The Bond County Board approved Tax Deed Resolution 04-21-26-01 during its regular meeting on April 21, 2026. The motion passed on a roll call vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays.
The board also confirmed reappointments of Dan Fenton and Kim Houchlei to the Shoal Creek Fire Protection District Board for terms from May 4, 2026 through April 30, 2029, and appointed Amanda Voyles to fill an unexpired term ending April 30, 2028. The appointment motion was made by Jacob Rayl and seconded by Jeff Rehkemper; the board recorded a roll call vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved the minutes of its April 7, 2026 meeting (motion by Jacob Rayl; second by Wes Pourchot) and approved bills listed on the April 2 and April 17, 2026 edit reports (motion by Jeff Rehkemper; second by Wes Pourchot), each action passing on a 5–0 roll call vote. The board took no additional action on the Tax Deed matter beyond adopting Resolution 04-21-26-01.
