Council approves pay changes for Deputy Prosecutor and IV‑D Attorney

The ordinance set the Deputy Prosecutor salary at $59,100.18 and the IV‑D Attorney/Prosecutor at $55,000.04, effective immediately. Council suspended procedural rules to read the ordinance by title for second and third readings and then moved for final passage; roll‑call votes were six ayes and zero nays, with Mayo Sanders absent.
Sara Tubergen moved to suspend rules for the ordinance's second and third readings; Wil Howard moved for final passage and Dan Caruso seconded one of the procedural motions. The ordinance was attested by Auditor Kim Koomler.
