Administrator: Peck Park project moving forward; county enters budget season

Administrator Nathan Roski told the board the Peck Park project funded in part by MEDC remains in progress but will require historical and environmental reviews before construction can begin.
Roski said he met with the chief judge and court administrator to discuss potential facility upgrades and noted an upcoming veterans resource fair he will attend. He emphasized, "budget, budget, budget," saying the county is in budget season and that a proposed budget will be available for the finance meeting's review.
Roski warned that such projects are often drawn-out because of required studies but that staff are moving the projects forward and will provide updates to the board as items progress.
