Board amends agenda, approves July 14 minutes and moves forward with continuances

At the start of its July 28 meeting, the North Smithfield zoning board amended the agenda so the Zoning Board of Appeals session would adjourn and the Zoning Board of Review would open to consider a continuance carried over from a prior meeting. The board then voted to approve the minutes of July 14, 2026.
The chair asked if there were corrections to the minutes; none were offered. A motion to approve the July 14 minutes was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board then moved on to new business, including scheduling the ZBA appeal and addressing the 1211 Pound Hill Road application.
