Commissioners discussed whether to change the regular meeting day or time to better accommodate the council liaison and other participants, but no schedule change was adopted.
Eric Bush explained that council and planning meeting schedules constrain available evenings, and several commissioners said their availability is limited; Chair Moe Dunkel suggested leaving the schedule unchanged for now. “Let's just leave it alone,” Dunkel said during the discussion. Commissioners agreed to ask the liaison to try to attend when possible or to explore alternatives if scheduling problems persist.
The item was listed as an action item in case members wanted to make a change, but the commission opted to table further work on the schedule and discuss it again at a future meeting rather than make an immediate adjustment.
