AMPC forms subcommittee and plans deeper September discussion on amphibian research

After the presentations and budget discussion, the AMPC agreed it was premature to vote immediately and that more framing and modeling was needed. The committee asked a small volunteer subcommittee to draft research goals, evaluate funding scenarios and prepare options for a September meeting where the AMPC could consider a vote on a preferred research pathway.
Volunteers for the preparatory subcommittee included Julie (unable to lead but participating where possible), Wendy, David, Haley, Seth and others. Chair Terry said he would convene the subcommittee, and staff agreed to prepare additional materials on funding scenarios, integration options and what would be needed for a September decision.
