At the March 3 meeting, trustees approved several administrative items. Becky Murdock moved and Diane Hansen seconded approval of the minutes from Feb. 3, 2026; the motion was recorded as approved. The board then considered a change to the regular meeting time; Diane Hansen moved to change the start time from 5:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Jaime Brunson seconded and the motion passed. "It was discussed to change the meeting time from 5:15 pm to 5:00 pm," the minutes state.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 P.M. on a motion from Jaime Brunson, seconded by Diane Hansen. Trustee Shadrach Robertson told the board he "would not be at the April meeting." County Commission Liaison Pat Robison was present for the meeting and contributed a community suggestion during public comment.
