Rivera said the city is awaiting reimbursement from the state for the capital project costs; once received, those funds will be transferred back to the general fund.
Councilor Watkins moved to approve the adjustments and Councilor Smith seconded; the clerk recorded a unanimous vote among members present. Rivera described the package as largely housekeeping with a few key transfers intended to ensure enterprise funds are not shown over budget.
