County extends Snake River Road consultant contract and approves correction deed

County Engineer Joshua Malkin told the Board that Supplement #9 to the consultant agreement with Consor North America for Snake River Road Unit A addresses changes in scope and schedule since the January amendment and "will also extend the contract end date to 12-31-26." The Board approved the supplement by motion.
Malkin also presented a correction deed vacating county right-of-way to correct deed 389003 by adding one parcel omitted from the original filing; the Board approved that correction deed. Malkin provided a brief update on the regional landfill during the same agenda block; no action was recorded on the landfill update.
