Front-desk staff said the office will no longer accept FedEx, UPS or DHL deliveries and reminded residents to use their physical address with PO-box details when necessary. "Only our authorized staff is allowed behind the counter. No exceptions," the staff member said, also warning drivers not to block the delivery door.
Separately, residents raised concerns that current security hours do not cover daytime weekend lake activity and suggested rotating hours to include daytime coverage. "I think rotating hours where you've got some, you know, day coverage, especially on the weekends," a resident said, arguing that more daytime patrols could address problems at the lake.
