During 'Matters from citizens,' resident Dave Slosicki asked the board whether the county's camper-permit rule allows more than one camper on a large parcel and how often the county receives fuel deliveries.
Slosicki, who identified himself to the board, asked directly: "If you had 10 acres, you still only have 1 per 1 camper there?" Staff replied the ordinance treats each parcel as allowing one camper, regardless of acreage, and that fuel deliveries typically generate two to four invoices per month. Staff also noted that purchases over $10,000 go to the Board of Commissioners for approval.
The board thanked Slosicki for his questions; the session did not result in immediate policy changes but clarified enforcement and procurement practice for members of the public.
