President Canepa asked for a motion to set the agenda and approve the consent agenda. A motion was moved and seconded and the clerk conducted a roll-call vote that recorded 'Aye' from the supervisors present; the clerk announced the motion passed with Supervisor Corso absent.
The board then recessed into closed session to address three closed-session items. When the board returned to open session at 10:20 a.m., county counsel reported the board had authorized litigation actions (reported separately). The meeting adjourned at 10:21 a.m.
