MSBA requests clarifications; Needham project team readies responses and scope & budget review

Project staff told the committee the team expects an MSBA reimbursement rate in the 20–25% range but will provide a fuller accounting after the August scope and budget review. The committee asked staff to prepare a prioritized response and to circulate MSBA questions and draft answers for review prior to the board meeting.
