City seeks FAA/ODOT grant for airport AWOS design with May 1 application deadline

Council agreed to suspend and call the ordinance that evening to meet the grant schedule. Hiscock asked Council to authorize submission and, if awarded, to enter into grant agreements with the FAA and the Ohio Department of Transportation's aviation division.
