Village counsel and trustees discussed the preliminary plat submission for Linda’s Retirement Development at the Jan. 6 meeting.
Attorney Maureen Freeman-Cady advised that the surveyor's signature is not required for the preliminary plat and suggested the developer add the rectory lot to the submission. The developer will provide a copy of the draft Subdivision Agreement to the village and to village counsel; once received, the clerk will schedule a Planning Commission public hearing.
