Denton maintenance update: radium tests, radio-read meters, street lights and snow policy discussed

Maintenance lead Blackledge presented a written spreadsheet of maintenance tasks, showed photos of new storage racks in the shop, and reported downtown street lights are functioning on a sensor system. He said the lagoon discharge is complete.
Blackledge also reported that water meter software has been installed; staffer Ross will receive training to install radio-read meters, beginning with the oldest units. Blackledge provided raw radium test results and the board reached consensus to test radium levels annually. Trustees discussed a current unwritten snow-removal policy that blades streets after 3 inches of snow; the board allowed the chair to adjust that policy until the board can vote on a formal change.
