Rosalie Harrington explained that feasibility letters show the site has water service and planned sewer access to be installed by the developer; public-works arrangements for trash pickup are in the preliminary plan. Commissioners noted that the annexation is a preliminary step and that planning and engineering reviews will follow before final site development.
The annexation was considered as a separate ordinance from the PUD rezoning but covers the same parcel and will proceed alongside planning-stage reviews.
