The city attorney reviewed procedures for the public hearing portion of quasi‑judicial items, including the need for signed speaker cards and the corresponding oath, submission of photographs or documents to the city clerk, staff and applicant presentations, public comment, and brief rebuttals by applicants. "During the public hearing portion of the meeting, anyone wishing to speak on a quasi judicial item must complete and sign a speaker card along with the corresponding oath," the attorney said.
Chair noted that the speaker cards are at the front table and that no one had signed up to speak under oath for this meeting. The board therefore did not hear any public testimony on the agenda items at this session.
