Board approves several service agreements for 2024-25 school year

On Oct. 7 the board voted to approve a set of vendor and service agreements for the 2024-25 school year. Motions carried unanimously for the agreement with Kidvation Global and First United Bank & Trust; the agreement with Randy Lauderdale of IEP Solutions; and an agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
The board also approved a contract with EnergyCAP, a platform the district will use for energy management. Each motion was introduced and seconded by board members as recorded in the minutes and passed 7-0. The approvals were presented as standard business items without recorded dissent or conditions attached.
