"What they're asking in the new agreement is for us to do a $5,000,000 insurance policy...we'd like them to answer that question if they can," the chair said.
Commissioners directed staff to send the letter and obtain clarification from the district about the insurance amount and any claim of breach of contract. Staff said they do not recognize being in breach and will request meeting details and supporting documentation before taking further action.
