Board authorizes HR manager to fill departing HR assistant in 3–2 vote

Commissioner Nick Siddle moved to authorize Human Resource Manager Kenny Custis to fill the Human Resource assistant position. The motion passed with Commissioners Haswell, Siddle and Wright voting in favor and Commissioners Arzy and Jennings opposed.
