Doug Lee told the board private and homeschool options have grown and blamed curriculum and 'emotional learning' for families leaving the district. Tom Nemczyk presented data slides showing an almost 12% decrease in student count over the past decade and an increase in residents attending schools elsewhere, arguing the district should scrutinize both demographic and policy drivers.
