Council recognizes Grace Bible Church, honors Bob Lund and welcomes new community development director

City Manager Matt Downing introduced Kristen Rice as the new Director of Community Development, summarizing her 20-plus years of municipal planning experience (including Thousand Oaks and Calabasas) and work on general plan updates, housing elements and code updates. Rice thanked the council and voiced excitement about joining Arroyo Grande staff.
