Chairman Ainsley presented two administrative appointments. First, he asked the board to approve the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) membership roster for fiscal year 2025–26; a commissioner moved the roster and the board approved it unanimously.
Second, the board moved to appoint David Clement as jury commissioner for the 2026–27 biennium and to continue the compensation rate for jury commissioners at $15 per hour. The motion was seconded and approved unanimously. Commissioners noted these are routine annual appointments.
