Commissioner Brandon Core, identified in the minutes as Webster Historical Society president, said the July 19 historical society event had games and activities and that the outdoor movie showing was rained out and will be rescheduled; he noted the movie license cost about $260. Commissioner Danell Moses told the board she will not run for re-election in November. Commissioner Allen Davis said he would like to help establish another town library if a new post office location is approved.
