Harvey County outlines Pine Street renovation timeline; multiple departments to relocate this summer

County staff reported the Pine Street building renovation is progressing; the Health Department will move back June 4–6, Planning & Zoning on June 23 and the Department on Aging on July 7.
Assistant County Administrator and Finance Director Shannon Kingsley reported May 20 that the Pine Street building renovation is progressing and provided a relocation schedule for county offices. The Health Department is scheduled to move back to the second floor June 4–6; Planning and Zoning is scheduled to relocate to the Pine Street offices on June 23 and the Department on Aging on July 7.
Kingsley said the schedule is contingent on contractor completion of remaining work and that staff will coordinate moves to minimize service disruption. Commissioners were given the schedule and invited to follow up if timing conflicts with other county events.
