Peekskill board approves Delgado's sign with typographic conditions

The Chair asked whether reversing the order of the name and service lines might improve visibility: “That being said, would it be better to reverse the multi services of Westchester and what he does so that that that can be seen more?” Staff and committee members suggested making the third line all caps, reducing tracking (letter spacing) and modestly increasing the service-line height so the listing is readable from the street. The applicant agreed to produce updated art files reflecting those changes.
The board resolved to issue the certificate conditioned on those typographic updates and the submission of updated files for the record. The applicant said she would send the revised files and that the final approval letter could follow after staff confirmed the agreed changes.
