Board members raised several substantive questions: whether restricting affordable units to nonprofit developers remained in the current draft, whether deed restrictions or sunset clauses would preserve long-term affordability, and whether lot-area-per-unit minimums and nonconforming parcel realities were feasible. Max encouraged board members to submit written comments and attend the town-board public hearing on Aug. 4.
